Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
1.) Matching IP audit
2.) Selling same exact account only slightly more leveled now than last time

As you can see the outfit and stats are nearly identical with only some stats slightly more leveled than before.
Same quest points also.
