My Backseat Modding Infraction '-.-

Well a while ago I got an infraction for backseat modding, which of course which all you moddies get all the time: I didn't do it.

The infraction was by Town, as took place in an Off-Topic thread not too long ago. The actual topic made is now deleted, but my anger rests the same. I didn't backseat mod; I didn't tell mods what to do, I didn't pretend I was a mod and I typed no such message to suggest I was either trying or being a "Backseat Mod".

What I posted was a funny message to someone idiotic who was about to scam people, so I said "Lol locked.". I wasn't backseat modding, I was telling what would happen. There is no difference between what I said and the message that IS allowed "This topic will get locked.".

And guess what happened a couple minutes later. The topic was locked. Town the infracted me for backseat modding. I want a perfect record on Sythe without any points removed. Please reconsider my infraction.

Oh, another thing is I got another infraction for "Badmouthing Newbies" which of course, I did do. I'm not denying it. But, I didn't get any points removed for something which is entirely worse than a simple "Telling what is going to happen.". I think the rules system might need a slight review.

Hmmm, I don't remember giving you an infraction, says I did though so I must have. . . It's expired anyway.

Other members can't see your infractions, only mods. There's no reason to complain. Everyone gets them.

 

You made a call for a mod, that's backseat modding, as Town said, it's expired so it doesn't matter.
