Simple Auto-Talker Tutorial!

For VB 6

Components:

TextBox
Name: textbox
Text: Message

TextBox
Name: Text1
Message: Time

Command Button
Name: Command1
Text: Start

Command Button
Name:Command 2
Text: Stop

Timer
Name: Timer1
Enabled: False

Right click anywhere on the form, and type in this code:

Private Sub Command1_Click()
Timer1.Interval = Text1 * 1000
Timer1.Enabled = True

End Sub

Private Sub Command2_Click()
Timer1.Enabled = False
End Sub



Private Sub Timer1_Timer()
SendKeys textbox
SendKeys "{enter}"
End Sub

And ur done

 

if you enter a letter into that textbox its going to die.
you might want to add the code on command1_click():

uhmm this is a good tutorial but i think the auto typer could be a little better..
