You cant become level 40 without botting and all accounts above 35 have a 95% chance to get banned

 

I'm curious to know where you get this 95% chance information from. Did Niantic say that?

 

I produce more than 500 accounts a week and I have yet to see a level 35plus survive multiple ban waves.

Out of experience I'm pretty sure that there is no way that 1. a level 40 can be handleveled and 2. a level 40 will survive multiple ban waves.

I say 95% because of course I am not 100% sure since I don't have any proof.
