Amount I was scammed: 200m 07.

Story:

So i paid him the 200m for 40m BM:​

After I got the 40m BM i got insta banned:​

OS-SCAPE STAFF! Scammed out 75m 07/10m BM

At this point Furreal still did not pay him, So I showed Furreal the proof and demanded my 200m 07 refund.​

I never even got there because I was getting ddosed and he says " U? " then proceeds to say abunch of BS.

Then He says he already refunded me:

He basically was mm'ing, we agreed that if I get banned within 2 minutes he'd refund.

I got insta banned after recieveing the 40m BM.

Furreal said he will refund me and told me world 308.

He never refunded my 200m Cash.



Then he said its an anti-scam with the mods.

He's clearly a scammer as you can see from the screenshots, I don't understand what other proof you'd require. I just got blown out for 200m 07 which costed me around 240$ on arcus gold and I have the receipt of me buying it form Arcus Gold.
Please help me out.

Either refund me or just give him a ban...

 

I woke up today to Furreal telling me he was being framed, after listening to the story he provided me & the evidence I believe him, he also linked me who OP is and I can say staff would know him as a notorious liar.

I've asked him not to post here until OP provides the needed burden of proof, I'd like to request OP shows screenshots or a video of the gold being given first off, if that's provided I'll have Furreal respond(he has a prepared response so please don't ban him).

This trade was not done on my site or anything related to it but since I have a better knowledge of the rules I'll be helping furreal with this one(As I was asked to).

Also @Superfluous Furreal has given me around $100+ in miniranks as a deposit, he's currently owed over $100 USD in pay, and he's got about $2,000 in chargeback liability to me that he could lose, He's also holding several thousand dollars for me in stocks/payments, so I can personally assure you he is not scam quitting for any amount.

 

Alright, For starters; Please don't reply to a report that has nothing to do with you. You even stated that it had no relations with the website you share so please don't come into a business that isn't yours.

First of all, Furreal isn't being framed, he scammed me 200m 07 ~ 240$ and I won't stop fighting till I recieve it.

How is it a frame? Like how does someone say they're being framed yet in the Skype Conversation he confirms its him with the 200m and then confirms he accepted 2nd screen.

You're stating this was an anti scam although I was never aware? I was never ever told we're going to "anti-scam" motive, I couldn't careless if that was the owner of OS-Scape or not. Furreal failed to be a proper MM and failed to refund my 200m CASH.

Regardless of my past on this website, as far as when I read the rules it states if the "anti-scam" was not confirmed by an Moderator PRIOR to the scam then its considered a scam.

If you'd gladly show me proof of a moderator insisting that Furreal keeps the 200m he scammed me and that the moderator states that he indeed did tell Furreal to anti-scam me then i'll leave him to refund abunch of randoms. Otherwise I'd like my refund asap .

Last but not least, you stating you have over a couple of thousands that you can charge back what so ever, that has no effect on this situation. He scammed me 200m. Maybe was a misunderstanding who knows, So maybe you should chargeback 240$ AFTER YOU GET PERMISSION, and refund me and we'll all be good.

Post proof of you giving him the gold, I'll repeat my request since u evidently cant read, your avoiding my request because there is no proof, because u gave him nothing.

I have a rather interesting screenshot of u saying you could take him for 200m given to me by Furreal, so I suggest you post proof of giving him the gold as from what he's told me, theres 0 chance you did give him anything.

As far as I can see your blatantly ignoring the request I asked for which is just confirming to me that Furreal is telling the truth, you have not met the burden of the proof required to be a valid report by Sythe, instead you've resorted to raging and not accomplishing anything at all in your last post, all I'm asking for is some basic evidence.

Provide the basic evidence I've asked for and I'll have Furreal post his side, until then this is still an invalid report as far as I can tell, the evidence doesn't exist because u never gave him anything.

He's sold 3x this in the past 2 hours while working for me, and he's provided me a perfectly reasonable explanation & proof to back it up for this which I'm sure he's happy to post I've just asked him not to until OP actually makes this a valid report.


Post the proof of you giving him the gold.

@Staff I am so certain that this is a frame attempt against Furreal I will cover the 200m out of my own pocket if this somehow turns into a valid report, OP has no evidence of giving the gold because he never did, First Nuclear Gold comes after me for a ddos/frame attempt for os-scape, now this guy is attempting to frame Furreal that also happens to be from Os-scape.

Clearly they don't realize I & my workers use safe trading practices, framing doesn't work very well.

Regardless, I made Furreal Confirm TWO times in chat not ONCE. To prove to everyone he did receive it.

Now, are you stating that a Skype confirmation on both trade screens isn't enough?

If that is what you're saying then you clearly are a delinquent.

Note: That scam report is ONE of many scams.
The Anti-Scam: I was mming, I was aware that the person who he was trading with was motive, so we planned out an Anti-Scam on Motive.
Moe, who I talked to for a while on skype, I considered him a friend of mine, but that is not how he acts. I should've known better than to associate with scammers.
I MMED and acted like I got the money, because if I never said confirmed Motive (the person who was giving the BM), would never give it. That's the only reason I said confirmed. He then went to receive the 40m bm, and tried distributing it to me and friends so we could get the bm, try to not get banned so we could sell it to refund people.

Motive then went to ban all the money, resulting in us left with no BM.
That is when Moe (The person who's idea this was), decided that he wasted his time.

A few minutes after we got banned, he told me that he was waiting on his 200m refund.
That is when I sarcastically messaged back, and I thought wtf is he saying? He never gave me 200m.

It is clear he is trying to extort me to get 200m from me, he is a liar.
Also, it would be greatly appreciated if he could show the receipts of him buying gold from ArcusGold, because he told me he didn't have any gold..
Another thing is that i've read other scam reports where the person supposedly traded the "guy who scammed him" some money, but he never took a screenshot.

Notice how he cant provide evidence of him giving the 200m? It's because he never did, this is just a frame attempt by a known liar, I knew from what Furreal told me this guy is attempting to extort him, that's why I kept asking for that specific piece of proof, which he doesn't have.

 

Finally, Alright lets start with the flaws.

#1) Screenshot - This was 3 days ago, The sythe user Christopher didn't join till Yesterday.

#2) This isn't extortion, Its me requesting a refund.

I couldn't respond right away due to me being on the phone with my father, although I thought he was joking about the extortion part as we said previously, we "were" good friends.

So then when i realized he wouldn't refund it I had to proceed on to creating this report.

Now if you'd like the evidence of me buying the gold, [ Mods ]. Please reply and tell me.

I can show you anything you'd like, I don't even mind showing you my Skype account so you'd see the true side of this.

It is true, I don't have the best so called " Background " although I do regret making the mistakes that I have made prior to you Scamming me 200m 07.

So in conclusion, all that proof you had was clearly useless.

That shit was legit worst than what i've expected, I thought you'd atleast write some thing worth the time of these mods whom will have to read through all this, although you just wrote a bunch of Bull shit.

Superfluous typically is a busy person, Anybody want to provide an opinion or conclusion, I dislike frame attempts.

I'm happy with anybody handling this tbh, Evidence speaks for itself, OP didn't even meet the burden of proof requirement let alone try countering the facts properly.

This guy is the same scum he's always been frankly, now he's just sending crap to Furreal to harass him, "I wasent going to do it"(meaning framing furreal), "but u acting tough", what other possible meaning could that have then this case lol, in every scam report I've seen the victim has been spamming,messaging, asking for his money back constantly, instead he sends a snapchat to the person who "supposedly" scammed him 200m saying 'I wasent going to do it but u acting tough" I mean really?

I mean I hope staff take this guys behavior into account,This guy isn't acting like a victim AT ALL you don't snapchat someone random messages after they supposedly scammed you unless its in relation to said report.

Just more evidence showing this guy is attempting to extort Furreal tbh.

 

Just like to throw something out here, i'm not entirely sure why OP is acting as if he deserves any of the money back. I haven't gone through much of the evidence but OP is a pathological liar as well as serial scammer and I believe has also been caught making fake reports before.

Either way, if staff decides no scam took place against him all the better, if staff decide Furreal must pay out the $200 it definitely shouldn't go to him.

Between all of his scams on PSGShop, Hamweezy Shop, RSPlatinum, The Red Monster and countless other vaders (he was also responsible for the impostor "Imnot DesireX" "Imnot TheSun" etc. accounts) he has not only given up any right to receiving a refund from anyone but carried out a long list of scams which the money should go to the victims instead. OP should not receive a dime regardless of the outcome of this report. I know @Gracious is very familiar with him and knows a fair amount of his scams.

 

Since ur DnT you cant PM me back, Furreal requested I tell you that he never even received the 200m(which is what the entire reports about), so he doesn't have anything to refund to any of the victims anyway.


I do appreciate you coming forward on your own and listing out his history and the fact he is infact a serial scammer & stuff, Furreal told me to thank you aswell.

I wouldn't be sitting here fighting this report if I thought it wasent fake/invalid and Op was trying to extort one of my workers, I was asked to deal with it vs him which is why I'm here at all.


Also @Staff Furreal requests that OP shows proof of buying from Arcus gold on the day in question ontop of everything else that's been said against him.

 

No problem and yeah I did read that part of the report, i'm not going to say he did or didn't receive the 200m but in all likelihood this is a framejob by a career scammer/scumbag and overall spastic. Assuming Furreal and yourself can be trusted which I see no reason you can't be, I hope staff don't side with this retard, but in the event they do I certainly hope not a cent goes to him.
