Hi guys,

So a while back Richard and a few other staff members noticed that the drama was getting a bit stale and that combined with Runescape dying has really hindered our ability to retain members. In order to return the passion that was once there we decided to orchestrate a mass "resignation" of 7 staff members. We knew this would result in mass eruption of the spam forum with some key terms like "goodbye forever". "Goodbye forever" is actually a phrase that'll be said prior to one of the favorite doctors on the show Grey's Anatomy passing away due to illness and we thought with that phrase certainly being googled many times soon it would generate some favorable traffic and in turn generate more traffic from search engines in the future. The tactic was more than successful and I applaud all of those that were involved for your passion and constructive criticism and that combined with all the new members from the DNT program will in my opinion set Sythe in the right direction moving forward.

Fair enough, Staff and I haven't always seen eye to eye on many issues, some I think I I didn't deserve the offence, others I without a doubt did.

Anyway that's in the past and honestly I'm trying to move on, I'm staying clean and going to college+ working a 2nd job, frankly I don't have time to even cause drama anymore lol.


Anyway for what its worth since none of you are staff anymore, I didn't really hate any of you, Some of you I truly liked(no ass kissing since u've resigned), I just didn't agree with some of the decisions u guys made along the way.

You were decent Cas, sometimes I hated you for voting no on my twc dispute, sometimes I loved you for voting yes on my others, I appreciated that u weren't nearly as biased as some which was nice TBH, you sort of seemed like Kiro to me but a little more balanced out and not quite so serious (if U asked me to pick 1 staff u were similar to).

I voted no on those disputes because I truly didn't believe you understood the severity of the matter.
