Little question

Currently I am 70 str and I wanna train nmz to get a higher str level.

Imna zerker meaning I'm 45 defence, Should I level up my defence to 60 and use dharoks? Or should I stick to sarasword?

Is a zerk with 60 def a ruined one?

 

Dharoks is 70 defence. 60 defence on a zerker is a ruined zerker because you'll be sooo much higher level than real zerkers with your same stats. Is your defence experience quested?

Okay so you're going to be at a distinct disadvantage because everyone will have barrows gloves from recipe for disaster (all the quests for it give you around 1-42 defence) so I'd maybe look into other options.

Okay I'll stick to 45 def then and train strength, just one thing, which weapon so you recommend to train str? Sarasword, D scimi or staff of the dead?

 

I use abyssal dagger because it's slightly better than staff of the dead. The only better str weapon that I'm aware of is the bludgeon.

 

Personally I think zerks are more fun so I would use sarasword still, however if you are comfortable turning into a main or something like that, dharoks is an effective method, or abby dagger is a common weapon used.

 

A zerker with anything above 45 defence is ruined, also you should have barrow gloves as well at 45 defence as a zerker.

 

Stick to ss, if you go above 45 defence RIP acc.

 

If you haven't quested to 45 defence, I think you'll be at a high disadvantage when pking other zerkers
If you like using Dharoks, make it a barrows pure. (Keep defence at 70, attack 70-75)

 

Sounds like you already ruined your zerker for not questing the defence exp. I would get barrow gloves then grind your def to 70.

 

Use abby dagger

 

Use SS because imo dh is slow xp and boring.
