He's not active because of school


Dave where'd you go, I miss you so.. ;(

 

Just for the sake of clarity, my days every single day look like so:

Weekdays -

Work 7:30 - 12:30
Eat 12:30 - 1
Gym 1 - 3
Class 3 - 7
Studying/Completing homework from 7-10

Weekends -

Wake up at 8
Study 8-3
Gym 3-5
Study 5-10

My class ends on April 8th, but my huge exam isn't until May 6th. Technically I will still be hardly active till the 6th of may but I'm going to try to pick things up after April. Once the exam passes I will be stupidly active again, to the point where you'll be sick of me.

Dave is a good guy. He cares about the community & I'm glad he got the chance to be admin. Keep it up, bae

You're doing a great job what I can see in handling your admin duties, Was very active with handling CDT requests, recover accounts ect.

I can't think of anything negative to say about Dave and that's a rare situation indeed so keep on being not a moron.

Also dealing with our queries and being absolutely open with the mod applications, I appreciate that.. before you responded I literally thought staff had lost their marbles. @Shin too +1 guys.

 

IMO he's one of the nicer staff members. Always answers me when I have questions which is a huge solid.

Letting yourself get worked up in the dispute section is completely unprofessional, especially when dealing with a known troll. Class it up a bit.

 

Unfortunately you're right, I suppose it got under my skin that so many people believe him and have faith in his excellent story-telling skills. However, to each their own, so I appreciate the feedback

 

Responses like this is why I respect you a lot as an Admin. While most people would argue how what they did was okay you actually own up to it and take constructive criticism well. Keep up the good work Dave.

U followed the process which was established for heads for DnT even when u didn't like him.

I think ur actions there speak a lot more about how u can avoid being biased more than any words can.

U clearly hated/disliked him and he apparently always blamed everything on staff bias, ur actions on his dispute just put him even more in the wrong blaming his problems on staff bias, u showed that not everyone on the team is biased, some of you can be unbiased even when ur personally involved in a situation.

Regardless of it being heads or another person asking for DnT, the actions u made on his pardon/DnT request were a big step forward I think.
