You are always talking about running several servers. I believe you would be the most qualified to make a recommendation if your claims are true.

 

Here is a good one I found after some research. The Source's original link had 36,000 Views. I did some digging and found a mirror.

I like what both of the people above posted but I feel that if you go with Sebast's choice you should disable grand exchange as manual trading is a big part in Runescape Private Servers in my opinion.

 

Instead of a G.E you may want to consider having PoS (Player Owned Shops) just like on Ikov. Concept is simple: Player A puts their item for sale and types out the price. Any other player can search Player A's name and find his shop or search for the item they're looking for and find the cheapest one on sale (it lists all of them according to price). It acts as a money sink as the "Shop" keeps a % @Sythe

are you looking for something like ruse v2 or someshit? just some dumb download and host up make big money bases?

 

I am looking for a 2004-2006 RuneScape replica which had no GWD and an old school special attack bar.






Having Old School Barbarian Village would also be awesome, but it would probably be hard find the files for this one.

That's the point, there is no such server, that's why with the right people it would be very successful.

 

looking at the poll, a lot of people didn't want this era though(only to what I saw, a couple of pages), i'm pretty sure thats what 07 is here for now (and why we don't see many 2006remake servers anymore)

 

A lot of people want this era, that's why so many people were interested in what 2006Scape had to offer. These were the golden years and bring nostalgia to a lot of players.
