Os-scape dispute

I was damn sure wrongfully banned by firez, THIS IS A RSPS MARKET, they track the gold like its hunting season. Funny how after 70+ os-scape transactions (many people did not vouch) this is the first time someone has said about being banned after trading with me. I was getting banned left and right with over 200m 07 loss the past week off os-scape. This is not my fault that they got banned by trading with me, I am in no way shape or form apart of the staff team of os-scape or associated with them in anyway.

Regarding following him to the duel, I went to the duel arena to do a few stakes as well and saw he was there. This is at 2-3 am so business was slow as shit and I wanted some form of entertainment, so yes I was watching him stake - interested in how much he was up/down like a normal friend would ask because at this point I thought we were still buddies.

Regarding me asking about his signature, it's a bad ass signature and I wanted one for myself??

Also since bus wants to add his 2 cents in, a few days ago right after buying off him - I got banned literally 30 seconds after picking up the bm and he didn't?

I've been wrongfully banned by firez. I'll be referring to each paragraph in a row which can be found here - Requesting TWC/BAN for Nuclear Gold

Paragraph #1 - All I have to say about the picture is that at that point in time I was clearly not banned. Now about the staking incident. It was around 2-3 am my time and business was moving slow so I decided to go stake a little bit in os-scape in hopes to get a little entertainment. Upon arrival to the duel arena, I noticed kled there. So instead of me staking I was just going to chill and watch my buddy stake. (At this point I thought we were friends) so for like 30 mins im telling him nice/gl/hope you win etc.. and yes I was asking him if he was up or down because that's what normal friends do when watching each other stake... that's all I have to say about that - idk how that's weird

Paragraph #2 - Well for 1 I have no idea what you're talking about a deleted vouch or that I deleted your vouch, why in heavens would someone delete a vouch? That doesn't make sense and idk how to go about responding to that. Now as for rscrown and kled being banned around an hour after trading me, this could of been from anything. This can not be my fault in anyway shape or form. Also since bus369 felt the need to throw his 2 cents in, the same thing about 4-5 days ago happened to me. I bought bm off of bus369 and got banned literally 2 minutes after receiving it and he did not.

Paragraph #3 - I appealed on forums and I also sent my appeal link directly to profound via pm - just a few moments ago I went to screenshot the message on forums but I am banned off of os-scape forums as well.

I am not os-scape staff, there would be 70+ other customers complaining as well if they got banned after trading me. This was just a rare occurence and it's completely out of my hands.

Adding this to my dispute - since this has happened, I've sold to rscrown and multiple other sites and small businesses along with other random people - all have been a successful trade.

Also, 1 occurrence of a ban 45 minutes after trading isn't proof enough that I'm staff - I may be wrong but I've talked with a lot of people and they all agree I was banned unfairly.

1 more thing, it's been 24 hours since I've made my first dispute & 20 hours since gracious has tagged firez to reply to it (He's the one that banned me) He's also been online since then, can another mod please resolve this?

 

Please can another moderator resolve this? It's been 48 hours with 0 progress
