    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : Well, Muskz sent me a PM because he was selling Runique gold. While we were chatting I was going to send him a payment to his paypal but his account was limited or something in that nature. He said I could use his brothers PP to send the payment. I did a google search and the user has been banned on a few different sites.
