Requesting a TWC/DNT or Ban on Muskz

Requesting a TWC/DNT or Ban on this user: Muskz and also duncanej
Reason being is I added him on Skype, he's claimed I've been hacked and then gone offline:

Also, he's posted on this guys thread with spam, saying his posts are fake, and denying a MM:

Found some new info, which may lead to a ban, which is his most recent vouch is by a user that matches his IP Audit, coincidental as he's just started posting again after years.

Vouch by user "duncanej"(both could be ban evading): duncanej

He's more than likely evading as the last post was 2011 on duncanej's account, and now suddenly, they've both posted a vouch on each other's thread, at the exact same date, and with same IP Audits: Gyazo - e84678df30ebf94cd3a43879ba630126.png

It's unusual to see a user act so strange, and start selling after 5 years, so I believe this is a hacked profile, or the user is out to scam, PLUS he may be ban evading with the IP Audit matching from the only person to have vouched him after 5 years.

Banned Muskz for fake vouches, he will also receive a TWC in 2 weeks when his temporary ban expires.
As for duncanej, I've banned him since I suspect him being hacked.
