New probationary admins | admin rotator

Welcome to our newest admins: Video and Shin. And returning admin: n4n0 who was rotated back from global. Jack was rotated back to global for the time being.

To prevent stagnation in the admin ranks I am trying out a new management style: Admin rotator.

Essentially global and admin are to be regarded as equal peers with inactive admins being rotated out for active globals on a regular basis.

This will take some getting used to, because admin positions have previously been long held and hard won. However the activity problem among the admin team has really come to a head of late. There's a lot of work to be done and we can't afford inactivity in the ranks.

Promotions and demotions between admin and global will be fluid and based on actual activity levels not promised activity levels.

There was a day where I would say Shin was a piece of shit but after talking to him for a while I can safely say he's not the worst guy. Bottom percentile, sure. Not the worst though.
