    What? Child support court and custody/visitation court is completely separate. If you knew how to read, you'd see that I filed for modification of child support and nothing else :)

    No, custody/visitation has nothing to do with child support. Either way though she told me to file for modification because we came to an agreement outside of court and agreed that she didn't want legal child support from me.

    No, you're an idiot. Child support has nothing to do with visitation. Courts don't have the authority to use child support against either party in regards to visitation.
