Arkmed Recovery

Hello, I recently had a dispute/recovery thread for my account but left on vacation for a few weeks and just now got back. I can't seem to find my thread and was wondering what was going on with it?

If it would make things easier, I wouldn't mind chatting on skype or e-mail to speed things up.
