Have there been any recent developments over the past year that I should know of? Haven't staked since late last year.

What betting strategies would you recommend with a 5b bank and a goal of hitting 50b?

 

Staking is 50/50 bud as you already know. That's a large goal you have in mind, but what do you actually intend to do with that amount of money? Is it worth the risk of losing like $800? Add mah skype desirextrades let's have chat and see whats a more sensible thing for you to invest/use your money for. Just to stay on topic the double up after each loss seems to be a popular one.

 

Just a little input. Statistically, sniping (doubling up after loss) doesn't result in net money gain. If a "method" doesn't directly affect the way the duel plays out, it doesn't actually affect your net gain/loss. Sniping just seems good to people because your short term gain is usually positive. However, the gain is negligible to the potential loss situation. In the long run, all "methods" where you just change the amount you bet based on some parameter always results in an expected net gain of 0.

Unless you smuggle or glitch, you should always expect to lose. In your average case, your chance of winning is 50% if you don't choose your opponent incorrectly, so your expected net gain is 0. However, in another cluster are your cases where you accidentally choose to duel a smuggler or glitcher and your chance of winning is usually close to 0%. The only way you're going to make a significant amount of money is by being lucky or scamming.

 

What happens if you set limits on the amount of duels you partake in? Like 4 losses and you start over. The total amount of these 4 losses never exceeds 10% of your total worth.

 

Mmm. Not sure exactly what you mean. Can you give an example scenario?

I'm going to go ahead and say no, it doesn't do anything. Because it doesn't seem like you're trying to change the parameters of the duel. You have to choose good opponents or do something that actually increases your chances of winning the duel. Just changing the amount you bet based on whether you win/lose doesn't do anything.

 

@Floridian At the end of the day, the odds of doubling your cash is always 50/50, no matter what route you take there. i.e if you go with 5B, the odds of turning it into 10B regardless on the stake sizes you do will be 50/50.

What I'm saying is there is no 'better' way to turn 5B to 50B for example. It is just going to be faster to all in 5B until you get to 50B, if you really want it, theres no 'safer' way to do it, it can just be lengthened out by doing smaller stakes but at the end of the day its the same odds.

 

Popular scams are still the same old, watch out for the double account scam and spam click favourite options & you should be golden

 

As already stated just be very weary of scammers, I would say that there are probably more scammers than legit people at the duel arena, same could probably be said for 07 though.

 

Yep, even people who stake legit occasionally go around scamming

 

I have a betting strategy that I reckon will let me clean anyone as long as I set all the bet sizes, bets will be from 10M to about 100M if you want to stake against me haha. At least you know I won't be name scamming or smuggling and it's always 50/50.

 

are you assuming that your bank is bigger than everyone elses?

 

You don't need the biggest bank to do that lol
