Unrightful Ban

Thread: Felix1222100 - Trying to trade with a DNT
Came online to check my pardon status, as I had made a pardon thread last night. Saw that I was banned yet again, however this time unrightfully.

Chloe had made a false report saying that I was trading whilst on DNT. This is not true.

She sent a screenshot of me asking her to MM sythe xbox live trades, and didnt show screenshots of the rest of the conversation.

I made a pardon request that same day because I was hoping to get that pardon, and then open up my own xbox live account market, so, for when that happened, I wanted a MM that I could use a lot. On Chloe's MM page, she specifies the types of trades she's capable of doing, so I had to ask her as to whether or not she can MM those specific trades.
I never had any intention of trading whilst on DNT.

 

I've had some thought about it and decided not to give you the benefit of the doubt, I think you tried to cover up your mistake once Chloe called you out on it by saying for future reference.
I will however ask for a second opinion on this to see what they think. (Also I'd like to point out that Sythe himself reviewed the initial report and told me to ban you)

 

Pretty wishful thinking in my eyes, I say remain banned for a week. Stay the hell away from anything market related with a DNT, it's fairly simple. If you want to be back in the market you know what needs to be done
