    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

    They are new accounts that have a joined today date and make a post for the same website "buying"/"selling" gold after the previous account gets banned.... for example here's a thread that was just made for Planetsgold.com
    [Buying all RS3 Mills - Best Price - Fast Service - Live Chat - Most Payment Methods - 24/7 Online]

    Which got banned for scamming.... then next day another pops up with
    same advertising "planetsgold.com"
    but when you click they changed it to end with ***

    [Bitcoins/Paypal/Skrill/more] [Paying the MOST!] Runescape 3[FEEDBACK] [SAFE]


    Either way whether they are "evading" or not it seems something fishy is going on with the same website having all these brand new accounts posting threads on the same website after the previous was banned.
