Misunderstood.

June 26th Jaximus was unbanned after its punishment of two week ban and TWC, at the time I owned another account with the same IP on it named "Arman Manukyan". This account also received the same punishment as we are the same person. 3 days after my punishment Jaximus got banned for evasion, which at the time was my only account that I used. Arman Manukyan was not banned it was still active and Jaximus was the ONLY account I owned that was banned and for evasion. I didn't know you could post disputes/ pardons as a guest. I made a dispute with Arman Manukyan, and pmed a couple mods asking them what had happened as I was clueless to my ban. Arman Manukyan got banned for "spam". I let that go, created a new account name "unbanjax" or something of that sort. Made a post and messaged some mods again. I believe that account got banned either for "evasion" or "non malicious created account to pm mod". A chain of bans all connected to my ip initially started from one non worthy ban which at the moment is making me look guilty. ALL OF MY "evasion" bans were non market related, I wasn't evading my ban to evade it and use sythe as a ban means I'm not allowed to use the features this forums offers, but i was using it to create disputes and pardons and absolutely nothing else. Even if i were to evade this ban, it's a wrongful ban, you guys banned Jaximus MY FIRST ACCOUNT to be banned for evasion. This makes no sense, what am I evading? Literally no other accounts under my ip were banned except for Jaximus. I was told I was repeadetly Self- Vouching which I asked proof for and recieved none. Later I posted a pardon and was told I was evading constantly when all my accounts that I evaded with weren't to evade but they were to post disputes and pardons. So now I want proof of me "self vouching repeadetly" other then the one I already payed my punishment for ( twc + 2 week ban) and some proof of me evading and using market features which I wasn't allowed to do.

 

You ban evaded during your pardon, it's auto denied for 6 months. Come back in January and try to pardon again. Continuous ban evasion will only worsen it for you, so I suggest you stay clean.
