ThaJuiceMan account hijacked/banned

Administrator Jack in reply to my first post : "We don't have any records of SVU for your account."
-Does that mean since I was not a "SVU" I cannot recover my hijacked account back? What do I need to do to get "ThaJuiceMan" account back and unbanned. Here is proof my account IS banned and I know the login details..

All you'll have to do is tell us an email we can use to set to your account, I'll also send you a new password to log into your account. From there we need you to simply set a new, unique password for your sythe.org account that you've never used before (not for runescape, skype, other forums, etc).
