    no meaning that u felt they had served their punishment and u unbanned them

    one would think they would be required to actually idk pay back the people they scammed somewhere in that process but fuck the victims right

    a lot of them can't afford to and need some sort of encouragement, empathy to get onto a payment plan

    If this shit absolutely has to happen then there should at least be a minor requirement such as a payment plan or some sort of agreement with their debtor as discussed on the thread, not just letting them float around like nothing happened until they decide to start righting their wrongs but then again who cares about the victims right eh
