[Official] Do Not Trade (DNT) Megathread

Agreed. Especially if they've made fuck all attempt to redeem themselves and pay back their victims. It's a big "fuck you!" to those that have legitimately tried to change their ways and repayed those that they had scammed and earned back the trust of the staff and community.

Womba, Draucia, Spyike himself. Six has been unbanned. Sindrefyrn perhaps? He was banned for leaking the staff lounge, though after getting to know him post his Sythe ban on Spyike staff he is an alright fellow. Plus the staff lounge has fuck all in it anyway.

 

This is falling on deaf ears, dozens of people have said this including most of the staff and a lot of community members whether it be publicly or privately to Richard himself, but he doesn't seem to care

 

@oogabooga - I'm unsure of the ban reason but I think he's all square now. I think he's changed a lot in the past couple years.

 

@sigex - I believe prison and puberty have reformed him into a strapping young lad

Also we can't forget that Ooga robbed some kid pretending to sell him an ipad and got sent to jail for it lmfao

 

I believe it has something to do with Powerbot. But whatever is mentioned on Powerbot is a lie and he should be given a full unban without a DNT rank. He was allowed to pay someone who was scammed (not by him and I am not sure if he could even get in touch with that person) and then get a chance for a pardon which would most likely be successful. Just unban that guy, he did a 10,000$ trade plus many others. You are unbanning all sorts of people who did bad things and I trusted this guy for years and never had a problem with him.

 

He admitted he did it, it wasn't a lie, and he will likely be pardoned upon repaying the person, he just didn't have the money to refund him at the time - [4/5] Bedwetter requesting a pardon for ban evading

 

Did what? He also tried his best to get in touch with that person and he cannot do that.

 

You're saying everything on PB is a lie, but it's clearly not and he was responsible. I recognize that he tried his best but he also didn't even have the money to pay him back if he did manage to contact him which is why his pardon was denied and he accepted that.

He did try to get in touch with him to resolve this, he said that his Facebook account is fake/spam account etc. He was offered to get the money to pay the victims and he told me that he will get it (that pardon is still pending). Not sure how that is going to end, but he is not a threat and I am sure that he will sort it out once he is back. I think this is a perfect example of a member for which this system is designed for. The only difference is that he does not deserve the DNT rank.

Just add him to the list, once he is unbanned, I will let him know on Facebook and he will sort everything out.

 

I didn't say he was a threat and may or may not personally believe this I was just saying there's a lot more to his ban than what you originally posted.

 

I got a response from him.

''I dont even know who I have to repay they just want me to repay a bunch of people who got scammed by others.
The person I should repay is banned and hasn't responded to me in 2 years on gmail and facebook.''

It's just an IRC server run by some people that used to be on Sythe.org. There was some drama and disagreement years ago and Sythe (Richard) banned / deleted a lot of the people that used the IRC.

Spyike was on the list but Richard said there's some complications as it's not his original account or something and he'd have to look into it not sure
Draucia's profile already seems to have been recreated he's just not active Draucia
