He's banned for scamming a lot, sniping a lot of names and blackhat activity, he's essentially one of the major scammers in the name market alongside Folt and from what I was told it was also rumored that he had several banned profiles on here for scamming long before that.

Busta305 - Hacked / banned with several hundred mill 07 outstanding debt [Arcus Isidar] Busta305 is a scammer!. Arcus bought his company and he has no market interest or Sythe interest anymore so doubt he'd want to return.
Jatha - Was pardoned for like 1 scam involving Lalapo and turned out he had like half a dozen other scams / banned profiles he never mentioned and claimed he "Forgot" about them despite one of them only having been like a week before Jatha Jatha Requesting Pardon - waiting for response
Quatakai - Hacked, DO NOT UNBAN until he has control of his profile
Rawrasaurus - Owes @James $200 and also scammed JamRsPins Rawrasaurus (post-ban) Rawrasaurus Scammed Me.
Subaru_Fan - Was a mod and one day just disappeared, never even saw the ban until now and I checked his profile not too long ago so i'm guessing it's a security ban or a SRB which got changed in the transfer. Staff should know more
The Black Tux - Currently 1 month banned for porn, should be expiring soon anyways
MurdShop - SRB'd, left Sythe.
NikoRs - Hacked, again should not be unbanned until his profile is secure. Also pretty sure he didn't successfully scam anyone so should be good to go when he wants to return.

Both the same guy, repaid a dicing debt that he had (which was his original ban reason IIRC, also evaded afterwards due to not being pardoned) still has some unpaid debts but I think he would be a GREAT asset to the community.

Strawsombrero was banned for scamming cs;go keys, then refunding the victim and tried to claim his sister got him ddosed during the trade, staff didn't buy it and I'm pretty sure they kept him banned for attempted scamming.
