ok, I understand the no shit talking policy, but why the rank? are cases like yours not handled through disputes/pardons?
If they're going to unban you with this rank, why not just accept your pardon, and have you on thin ice? or are you a bus and just have done it over and over and over?

 

Nothing like bus, I've never done anything before I'm actually a retired global and have helped countless people on the site including employing other staff members in the past when I was a market user. It's more of a subjective than objective type of case with how my pardon was handled because people let their feelings become a conflict of interest in many cases

 

Lean, your main ban reason was that you threatened to scam others and even though that might've been as a "joke" (?) we take it serious, hence the non-market user.

 

No, Jack Goff should've gotten involved sooner because he knew why I was doing what I was doing. I still have the messages from between me and him where I said if people are going to call me a scammer then I might as well give them a reason to.

 

Not to mention threatening to scam isn't a perm ban reason according to the rules so don't try and give me that

Lean hosted a $100 giveaway
trolled people and made them think they won but never actually said they won
paid the real winner
people he trolled got mad, made reports
Lean got furious and reported himself for something he made up, got himself banned
wanted his own ban to be longer so he said he would scam if they didn't make his ban perm
they made it perm
Lean called a bunch of staff cucks
and here he is now telling you the events of the story

 

pour up, and just forget about it! if you truly fucked up by insulting staff, theres no winning that.. they have the rules about respecting staff, but from what I hear they sometimes overdo it, so just chill and hope your situation clears up!
