Ok please quote where i've been directly immature to any of the recently un-banned users? The closest thing i've done is question whether or not some should even be considered due to what this was originally meant to be (trial unbans for "petty crap" as Richard stated it was). Since any of them were un-banned i've not engaged in any discussion with a single one of them besides some brief interactions in the spam forum which were not relevant at all. If you want to complain about me using blanket terms like scum when referring to banned users feel free to complain about it but that's just what the majority of them are, scum. I don't have to be constructive towards an idea that I think is terrible in the first place and can rant in whatever manner I see fit.

As far as IBDB goes if he's going to pay back TTB, good. All i'm saying is that he's said more than once he had paid most of it off or at least paid a "decent" amount of it off, which clearly isn't true. And do you really thing x339 is going to all of a sudden start paying back money he's owed for years without paying back a dime? Highly unlikely. If he decides to, good for him as well.

As well as arguing against individual unbans I am also arguing against the concept as it was originally intended to be petty shit that people would be unbanned for. NOT owing thousands of dollars. It's been stated over and over that people shouldn't be unbanned with outstanding debt yet it's still being done. Also if you think i'm the only one who feels this way you're horribly mistaken, I just have no problem stating such.

Don't get me wrong, I'm just looking at people who HAVE scammed thousands and gotten unbanned (including omm's)

I would just like to address some things. Yes, I still owe TTB money. And while the figure is quite a lot, I want to assure people that a portion of my savings has been put away for TTB and it continues to grow. This is why I have not pardoned after my re-opening window opened up over a month ago. I understand the logic and rationale Yousuck is trying to apply and I leave the final decision up to Richard on whether I should qualify as a DNT unban. I'd like to point out though that my main objective has ALWAYS been to clear my name and be FULLY PARDONED. This does not change if I am unbanned in this program. It actually puts an even bigger target on my back because I can be publicly scrutinized and called out on a whim in this way. I have absolutely no issues with a payment plan being installed and I have no issues with TTB weighing in on if he wants me on the site or not.

Since the original loan (Which I want to point out I was never banned for taking nor was it even supposed to be a public matter as TTB wanted it to be private) I have had massive increases in my debts as a normal member of society. Rent, student loans, utilities, food, etc etc. I have always been very forthright and honest about this fact to TTB. And he has never gotten mad at me for it. Unfortunately, that GP loan over halved in its overall value since it was given out in January. When I last pardoned, I had half of it lined up, but TTB was having paypal issues (check my last pardon hee says this himself if you want to go check). A mix of bad luck, financial strain, and stupid decisions has ultimately led to this debt still remaining unsettled. But I can assure you being debt free is still my number one objective. I realize talk is cheap but in reality very few of you have any real understanding of the situation regarding Time to Buy and myself and I'll let him say his piece on it.

Again, I'm fine with a concrete repayment plan. I am still planning to traditionally pardon and be fully exonerated. This was really a wake up call to accelerate the process and to stop prioritizing all of my other debts over this one. I'll admit that deprioritizing it was easy. Now it will be a lot less so if this DNT unban is upheld. I've said my piece. I'll prove myself to you all. I know I have my fair share of doubters but it will get rectified between TTB and myself.


I want to add that there were many times TTB and I were about to have a transaction reduce the amount significantly but something always got in the way. Contact not being able to be made before I had some other payment to take care of, and then his paypal being limited. The mistake we BOTH made badly was not to just have a concrete payment plan in place. I always wanted to pay it off all at once in one payment. That, I admit, was stupid thinking. It's too easily to let money go somewhere else. I do want to add I have that original GP loan stored away on a mule that I do not touch or consider selling under any circumstances. I hope this clarifies a lot of the concern surrounding me.

Louis "messed up an omm" and cost someone a partyhat, he then actually scammed a partyhat himself. Feren silver conspired to scam something around $10,000, is there any reason these 5-year-banned retards are even being brought up for consideration this is actually a nightmare

Something something desperate for members, something something putting up ridiculous names just to see how far Richard will go before he actually calls someone's bluff and realizes some of these unbans are ridiculous

 

I love where this is going and how much activity we're getting, but some of these unbans are a bit of a stretch.

 

Nothing must just scammed several friends for hundreds of dollars and also a large amount from his former employer (Bogla) to feed his gambling addiction. Stand up lad though

 

It also shouldn't be a blanket excuse for being a scumbag, people have control over their own actions, allowing your addictions to take over just shows that you're weak

 

To be fair he's paid more than half of his debt off, including over $500 to just me.
