Also read about 2 other users banned for Ghosts IRC - Decisive and Dustein ? Although Dustein was apparently deleted and someone else took his name so not sure how that would be remedied.

@Abarta was banned for outstanding debt to Shall Skill which was repaid to my knowledge, assuming there was nothing else I believe he qualifies. He ban evaded on @StrRS however

@fcpl0x essentially banned for being a scumbag scammer and association with undesirables (zgangz and bawsz who are scum and should never be unbanned) + blackhat + other shit. Recommended by TTB who doesn't want to post since he's against this system who says he's trusted him with thousands post ban, just noting that he would never be my personal suggestion but TTB wants him on the list and I like TTB so yh

 

how is his ban drama related? totally unrelated

 

also tons of blackhat that should keep him banned

 

The extent of his "blackhat" was copying and pasting phishing links as far as I know.


On topic: @Abarta should be unbanned. He paid Shall Skill back a long time ago, but it did take him a while to do so, so he never bothered pardoning yet.

 

I just wanted to take a timeout here and say something.. This thread is the epitome of how Sythe should be. We are all working together and figuring out WHAT needs to be done here and who should be unbanned and DNT'd. Working together to come to a singular goal. This is awesome. We've posted a list, we have people doing research on scams and pardons, etc...

inb4gay but i really think this is awesome. Especially how Users and the Staff have really been working hand-in-hand to get this rolling.

the point of this thread should be unbanning people who were banned for minor, relatively insignificant offenses. abarta is not in that category of people.

2 of the people you unbanned collectively owe thousands of dollars to Time To Buy and shouldn't have been allowed back in any aspect until they paid it back. If you want to unban people who hurt someone's feelings years ago, go ahead. But they're never going to pay back TTB now and you're more or less making it easier for them to do so...

You would think 5 years would be long enough for x339 to pay back the money he owes too?

Plznate's only outstanding debt with his ban (this time) was Violent v Plznate.

I know. I was part of one of his reports before and partially involved in that ordeal too (though my involvement was mostly done off-site).

 

They aren't going to pay back money they owe when they're allowed back and only restricted from using a market they have no interest in being part of either. It's better to not allow them on the website at all rather than allow them back on essentially punishment free while they walked off with thousands of dollars belonging to another member of your community, a well respected one who would never do anyone any harm at that. This is very disrespectful towards him and completely counter the original concept of this only being for people banned for "petty shit". You yourself said people who scammed thousands wouldn't be allowed back but look what's happening now?

Sorry but @Yousuckv2 I have to agree with this.

 

I like TTB but I don't have a problem with IBDB if he's told to make occasional payments or he goes back to being banned, considering the large amount this seems like a fair compromise on both ends.

This is sort of an "extreme" case which typically would be case by case, So I think a nice compromise would be to attach payment requirements to this specific case, That should hopefully make IBDB and Time to buy happy since IBDB has told me he intends to do a full pardon once TTB is fully paid off.

You've acted immature towards every user whos returned, going as far as to spam and insult them on at least half a dozen threads, most of these users you've never had direct contact with short of reading reports that occurred years ago.

If your going to keep ranting, at least try to be constructive about it, you have consistently been nothing but negative towards every single user, idea, and compromise that's been put forward.

IBDB is already unbanned, how about instead of ranting about it, we try to put a compromise in place that makes TTB & I bleed duke blue happy instead?

So now, the rank has basically allowed him back on sythe, but if sythe wants to he can attach payments which allows TTB to be paid back or IBDB gets banned again.

Where is the negative in this option exactly?
