He was definitely made an example of, if I am recalling the staff lounge discussion correctly. I don't think what he did warrants a permanent ban anyway.

If we're adding people whose accounts were compromised as part of the data leak I believe Wolfdog, LoLSmurfin, Vic, Dalpra, AdamsGoldShop, SanctumX, Stickly, Scottay, HeavenLord all qualify. However it's very important that before they've un-banned in any capacity it be confirmed that the legit owners have control of their accounts.

Plznate was also banned for owing like $20 to a scammer and never replying to pay the $20 to the scammer's victim (Rskingp.) I think it would be easier just to have him fork over the $20 to get un-banned though, not like it's going to bankrupt him.

LoLsmurfin owes like $500 or something from being hacked. I'm not keen on letting users back who have outstanding debts, however unfortunate the situation.

On the other thread Richard said they would be assessed, I brought up LoLSmurfin because he was a good guy and I truly believe as i'm sure do most others that if he actually had the money to fix what happened, he would. It's also a little late to not allow anyone back with an outstanding debt unfortunately as multiple have already been unbanned. LolSmurfin should honestly have been unbanned before any of them
