Banned for evasion after barely getting unbanned?

Account name: Jaximus
Reason of two week ban: IRL friend vouched for me and then i logged into his comp and i was reported
for fake vouching. The punishment was a two week ban and a TWC.

Evasion ban: Now I'm being banned for evasion? I've literally scammed nobody on this forums and i keep getting banned and its quite annoying. I literally got unbanned last night and now im banned again for evasion? I dont see why this keeps happening. Someone help me out please, and get me unbanned i dont deserve this.

When you check my IP Audit, there are three accounts. Jaximus. This one. And Arman Manukyan. Neither Arman Manukyan or This account are banned. So why is jaximus banned for evasion?
