    After asking the person if he realises that he wont be able to refund and is he agreeing that he wont refund on paypal he said he is not interested in refunding and i see fishy when there is nothing fishy from sellers perspective using paypal seller is in the risk not the buyer. Would be carrefull doing something with this guy. If needed i will upload video proof.

    Your statement is actually false it is more riskful for the buyer. Go to frontpage and read the stickied thread. RS has a way easier recovery process than PayPal. Only people who never used PayPal would legit say that.
