Ban reason: Outstanding debts?

Wortel: He used his own funds to fill site orders while I was away, I've been waiting to pay out Phatalize his deposit so that Wortel could start working once again. Not sure how this is considered a debt, he did it of his own free will. Stock comes and goes, I just wasn't there to give him gold to sell when he was on (we have a major time difference.) He'll be paid out the next time he's online.

Phatalize: I can't pay him back if you're not done with your discussion, even though I've tried to pay him multiple times and he has said no.

King Krab: I sold him 3 accounts, 2 of which were recovered. The 2 which were recovered were sold to me by Wolfrunescape. He told me he was the original owner, but him and MrEvilPwns created the accounts together on a vps. Me, Wolf, Krab, and MEP have been discussing this on good terms and are working out who is paying what. Both Wolf and MEP are ready to pay for what was lost by Krab.

So what was I banned for again, if everything is being worked out? Oh right. Gracious banned me himself because of rumors in a TS he occupies. He begged people for evidence against me because he has a vendetta. Apparently I've recovered 10+ accounts, according to Gracious himself. Any proof of that? Of course not. The person he begged for evidence from even told him he didn't think I was the one who recovered the accounts. He's handling my case, but he answers no questions when I try to settle the ban.

Funny how he doesn't answer questions about my ban, nor helps me pay who I'm supposed to pay, yet has time to chat in a community Sythe chat.)

Notice how Gracious has banned me, even though he knows Wolf was the original owner?

I do not want Wolfrunescape banned, he is indeed innocent and not a threat to the site. What I don't understand is why you took the time to ban me for accounts I did not recover.

Update to my dispute:

Wortel has been paid back in full (109m 07)

Waiting on the staff decision to pay Phatalize his deposit.

I'm working with both King Krab and Wolfrunescape to resolve the account issues. Neither of them believe I'm responsible and both agree that this matter can be resolved without a ban on Sythe. Wolfrunescape told me he was the original owner, but he wasn't and the account was recovered. We're working on repaying King Krab.

I apologize to all staff who are handling this case, especially Gracious. I've apologized to him on Skype, but he didn't really accept my apology, and with good reason. Being banned 9 times just takes a toll on you, especially when they weren't necessary in the slightest, at least to me. If staff consider me a risk, then so be it. Let me know if there's anything else I need to do on Skype, I'm trying to make this as easy as possible for staff as I don't want to waste people's time. Cheers!

 

Flaming and slander is never the way. Wortel has confirmed he has received the 109M 07 through Skype, keep us updated on Krab's repayment.

 

WolfRunescape has paid me 990m in compensation for the accounts and gp that I lost. This clears my debt with Pure Addiction. Thanks
