Damn near positive they're the same person due to VPN camping habit (hides home IP covered in hacked profiles), posting from a home IP which was probably a fake home IP (something he also did in a dispute on VariousGolds and did yesterday when reported as Gold Shop) - Gold Shop / nrgoldsell and he also is selling bulk BM similar to his past profiles and many hacked profiles he has used, as he obtains BM from their staff for essentially being a snitch and turning in Real World Traders for a cut of their bank (Scammed by "Variousgolds" banned)

@Gracious helped me keep him banned the first time and is familiar with this user's tendencies to lie and use fake home IP lookalikes so I feel he will likely recognize its' the same user.

In the event that it's not him, the vader status is pretty obvious and he should be banned until he posts from something that is undoubtedly 100% a home IP anyways.

 

That particular shared IP is a VPN however I've compared both their home IPs and they match perfectly, banned.
