Scammed by: [S.V.U][$200 Donor] Water's Questing Service

(Virus is involved as he is the one that referred me to water so idk if he's part of it or not)

Explanation of service: Paid him to do 2 quest ( Mourning's end part 1 and part 2) for me on my account.

How they scammed: After trade was done I took a nap, came back to see my account few hours later and all my stuff was gone from bank. (I did not mule my valuables bc I thought I was dealing with a professional sophisticated donor here)

Amount scammed: ~180m worth of items and gold

he told me was going to do the quest at the time of trade and never told me he was getting off or go for a break, so I am filing this report as he has not replied to me either.

Also @jorgerendonjr ill need photos of your bank before the service took place.

 

Unfortunately I do not have a picture of my bank prior to the service, however water did mention in the Skype chat logs he would screenshot my bank so maybe he can supply said pictures.
he also said it was about 100m, which is a bit off from what it was (~180m).. but clearly my bank now is no where near worth 100m
Lastly I do not see why water would even dare to take things from my bank if he was just there to do some quest.

 

I'm not sure how I'm involved? I just referred you to him because I'm full with orders.. He's my friend this guy basically was so good with me in my first trades.

And I clearly said to you to ask for a confirmation.. Other than that what are you talking about?

I DO HAVE HIS ITEMS AND I WILL EXPLAIN WHY THEY WERE MOVED.

The items I have: 1 x amulet fury, 1x regens bracelet, 1x heavy ballista, 1x armadyl crossbow, 51759 x cannonball, 12420 x natures, 2833 x soul runes, 1002 x chaos runes, 1x berserker ring, 1 x treasonous ring, 1x dark bow, 1x berkser necklace, 22419 x magic bow, fury ornament kit, master wand x 1, 1x mystic smoke staff, 1 x toxic blowpipe, 16383 x zulrah scales

My side of the story and why the items were moved: 2 days ago when a customer placed an order he left wealth on the account. I passed the work on to an associate (who has a deposit and has been entrusted with mills). Near the end the customer came back saying all his shit was gone. Now to me I was pretty shocked, I have a high level of customer service and would have repaid the victim the whole amount had it been legit. I had even taken gold of my associate to pay him. In the end it turned out he was a known ban evader/scammer who moved the stuff himself and tried to frame us.

The reason why THIS customers bank was moved was to protect both me and the customer, so that situations like the afore mention don't arise. The items would have been given back at the end of the service. This way it ensures neither party get 'scammed'.

I suggested to the customer that he move his bank onto another account for a reason. I will contact my GFX provider to change the t.o.s on my thread so it is more clear that this will happen.

I had no intentions of keeping his shit, I have everything listed of what he owns and what I have moved.

I am not a scammer, I am here to run my business legitimately and don't wish to have a shitty name.

Customers should contact me next time before jumping the gun & he can also feel free to pick his stuff up at any time.

Edit just re read you saying your bank was worth 180M - Don't try that bullshit please, i have all the items I moved listed. I even said on skype 100M via price check, he didn't deny that was the value of the bank. Also Evil has NO PART in this.

Edit2: Found a screenshot I had taken once i logged and did price check. HP matches too so I don't owe him '180m'.

Tried to give his stuff back, said no thanks and that I'm missing his rangers set + mages book. Didn't accept trade.

This is pretty sad, ill leave to a mod to make a decision into whose lying.

 

So water has attempted to give me stuff back, some of the items are missing, and he' is pretending like i never had those items and just wants me to accept what he is trying to give to get away with it..

 

also, the sets of iron and wizard (g) and (t), as well as my party hats and Halloween mask, which aren't of much value.. are gone too, clearly i left my most valuable items in my bank (which are the ones water has) so that should be an indication i left these other items too of less value too

 

in the bank picture's everything that is at a placeholder of 0, was there.. wish i knew better and screenshotted before hand

 

Further proof that i am not lying. Look at the date on top and time. Done on macbook so when i edit notes, it'll show when i last edited. I added everything 1 by 1 of what i moved and have not made any changes. This is what was on the account. This guy is trying to make the most of this and adding item that were not on there.

@jorgerendonjr due to you not taking a screenshot of your items before the service there is not definite way to prove you have had any of those items. Luckily Water Service has told us that he took the items for saftey precautions and is offering you your items back. Please accept the refund of your items that he is giving back to you in this image -





However @Water Services PLEASE ALWAYS TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT YOU ARE MOVING THEIR ITEMS, OR TELL THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE ALL ITEMS OF VALUE OFF THE ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU OR ONE OF YOUR WORKERS DOES THE SERVICE.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW ONCE @jorgerendonjr RECEIVES ALL OF HIS ITEMS BACK FROM THE PICTURE ABOVE. MAKE SURE TO TAKE SCREEN SHOTS OR EVEN A VIDEO OF THE REFUND.

 

@steroidperm is a very reputable member on this site and he did my 1 prayer firecape, he knows i had a ranger set bc he used it for the cape, hate to bring him in on this but this is outrageous I cannot beleive this, also my cannon, how can i have 15m worth of cannonballs but no cannon? @Excelont

 

People can lie? And unfortunately that's what most scam reports are about on sythe. Someone lying.

The only way to prove that you had these items would be if you had taken a screenshot of your entire bank before handing it over to Water Services.

I will get a second opinion on this if it makes you feel better.

water is not even refunding me the payment I gave him to do the quest, no he did not even complete the first quest of the 2 i paid him to do. this is not fair.

 

I didnt accept the trade first because i rather lose my bank if it meant for other users to be safe on here... but i did not have enough proof to suffice my case so I guess you have a valid point @Excelont

 

@Water Services , if you did not complete his service please give him a refund.
