Alright guys, what's up! My last pardon got denied after receiving 5 yes votes, but sadly it didn't gain the 60% of yes votes in SSL... I was told to wait for 6 months without ban evading, and I might get unbanned when I pardon next time and here I am again writing my 3rd pardon!

This pardon got denied, because I didn't provide enough information of my last accounts. Shortly after I had posted this, Jack Goff gave me permission to post my 2nd pardon after I had paid Gun is God back the money that I owed him.

I got banned on this account for publishing some kids irl info when he stole my $200.

I tought that this ban was unfair, I had no idea about the rules of Sythe, so I saw that ban evading was the easiest way to just sneak around my ban. That's when my evading started. I believe that I've had over 10 Sythe accounts.

I still had few accounts, like "Squirt Storm" or something like that, and "JoPe" or "JaPe" or something like that too, couldn't find the profiles of those accounts. I literally don't remember all of the accounts that I've had, but I believe that you have some kind of a list.

After my first ban I never pardoned. I always created a new one when my account got caught for evading. I also booted this guy "Gun is God" from my Staking account back in 2013 or 2014, but that has already been paid back.

I'd like to explain what happened here.
I didn't scam his 570k, I had a typo in my Skype ID on my Sythe profile page, someone noticed this, and tried to milk off all money that he possibly could. Unfortunately the victim was stupid enough to hand the 570k to the Scammer in trade without receiving the Quest items that he was buying.

How ever, I am willing to refund the money to him, since it kinda was my faulth, and I even tried to contact him for a month, but he never replied to me.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Well, as you probably already know, my name is Sesse and I'm known as Muuli74. Back in 2013 or 2014 there was a kid who scammed me for like $200, I got mad, DOX'd him, and published his irl information when I made a report of him lol. That's what got me banned in the first place. :/

I was 13/14 years old back then, and didn't really know anything about Sythe, I didn't know about the pardon policy around here, and that's why I saw making new Sythe accounts the easiest way to get around my ban.

Well, time went by and I had already been caught evading on many Sythe accounts. I started renting out my maxed melee OSRS account for staking, Gun rented it from me and I kicked him from the account. This has already been solved, but I still regret what I've done. I have lost a lot of time, when I could've been building my reputation here on Sythe. ;/

I'm currently 16 years old, but despite my young age, I have a pretty decent amount of customers. I've been buying and selling OSRS and Rs3 Gold for around a year and a half now. My sales are currently worth 25k-30k€/month, and mainly my customers are from Finland. Literally 99% of them are from Finland.
I've been thinking about opening a website for my Gold selling, and getting unbanned from Sythe would help me so much with this. I'd be able to multiply my sales on a huge scale, and my "customer base" would obviously get larger, which would be a great thing!

I'd also like to mention that while I've been banned on Sythe, I have been trading with other Sythe members. The reason why I'm bringing this up is this: Gyazo - c1b2801aa427b5db3d9bad23ef572837.png

A trader with good reputation on Sythe called http://www.sythe.org/members/chechen.421961/who I've been trading with lately did a $550 trade with me in 2 increments, and he went first. I hope this means something.

I have also saved some pictures of my trades, and added them to my Imgur album. I don't update it anymore, because I simply cba. But there are pretty big sums of money that people have been trusting on me.


Keep in mind that I'm not going first on any of these pictures.

I'm here to do legitimate business, and to provide fair/good services. I really regret my past and hope that you can see that I've changed. I was young and stupid but I'm older & more mature now.

I don't believe it was a "typo", just a poorly executed scam attempt.

That plus the many ban evasions, I'm sorry, but I cannot support your pardon. You've done too many things that are against our rules.

1.) I had been selling Quest item kits for a while on that Sythe account, and people had vouched me for this: Persiosilmas Vouches!
2.) When you buy a Quest item kit, and pay with the same in game currency, why would you hand the money before receiving the items?
3.) Who on earth would even scam 570k, plus on top of that, I tried contacting him for 30 days!!
4.) This happened over a year and a half ago...

The reason why I didn't mention this in my last pardon was exactly this. I thought it would be easier to just accept the fact that I can't prove that I did not scam the 570k, and just pay the victim back. He never replied to any of my messages.

I can't tell you to change your vote, but I hope that you reconsider it...

I was told that if I keep my nose clean for 6 months, I'd most likely get unbanned... This is not looking too good for me. D:

I have good reputation on other market places, I trade hunders of $$$ daily, people trust a shitload of money on me, I have lots and lots of customers and much. I'm not a threat to the community. I ban evaded on those accounts, but I did legit sales on them. As I said I'm here to stay, and to provide legitimate services & sales... Why do you think Chechen went first in trade when he bought 500m? Because he knew I'm a big seller, even tho I'm banned on Sythe...
