Ban Dispute.

The thread linking to my ban: OSRS Guide - NMZ Service (Banned for botting)

I've essentially been banned for not claiming that my service is botted. I honestly had no idea that I had to claim that on my thread (or even if I still do), I never saw that when scrolling through the rules.

This all comes down to the fact that GW AS was paying extremely low (obviously botted) prices for his account to be trained via NMZ and didn't ask whether or not the service was botted. My opening business statement to a potential client isn't going to be "Hi, I bot, use me?". If someone asks I'm more than happy to tell them whether or not I'm going to bot their service.

Whether I am or not completely depends on:

1) What my personal in game account is currently doing and how much it would hinder my EXP gains.
2) How many other NMZ orders I currently have running.
3) The size, price and gain that I'll receive from completing the order.

I'm happy to do orders by hand if I've got one service and my account is doing something AFK-able. If I'm doing something like 3-tick mining and I've got 3 other NMZ services then yes it will be botted. I'm happy to explain that to anybody that asks.

Not once did GW_AS ask whether or not I'd be botting his service. As I've explained to him I'd have gladly told him I was going to be using a prayer pot drinker.

He paid an extremely cheap price for a service and didn't think once to ask me if it was botted. If it means I have to plaster that all over my thread then fine - I just don't see that on any threads on the Skilling Section and I'm pretty sure not 100% of those are done by hand.

He continued to flame me on Skype regardless of the fact that I tried to discuss it with him and explain everything.

I don't see why I should owe someone a refund (not only for the Strength service but for the total value of their account) because he's angry he was banned using an obviously botted service.

If I tell someone I'll do their service by hand - I will.

I've already handled your case, you're responsible for the account since you botted without GW's consent, as I said, refund GW for your botting failure and you'll be unbanned. Do this promptly or it'll turn into a non-disputable ban.
