Banned Reason - "Hacked"?

So my account fr0stie has been banned due to the reason "Hacked",
referring me to this link which I cannot access: http://www.sythe.org/threads/a.2134448/
was just wondering what the deal was, thanks for you time.

From there, log into your account, and set a NEW password that you have not used anywhere else, your account was most likely hacked because you were using the same/similar password across multiple boards or services (skype, runescape, etc).
