I would like to update you on the ban that was issued for selling a account, I would first like to start off by saying this, the account I sold was not mine in the sense that I wasn't the original owner, I would like to also say that I believe that the person hasn't had any problems with the account since the purchase as I haven't seen any reports or anything.
As I had previously said, I purchased the account dirt cheap from a powerbot user "SleepyBeast" after him selling me some gold, he then offered me the account for real cheap. I purchased it and after a while I had control of it I went on to sell it on the forums, little did I know he has posted up previously the account trying to sell it.
The reason I can't provide proof of the purchase was because it was all done via my skype which was hacked previously before my ban which I notified moderator superman and was told to put it in my signature that my skype was hacked in red bold writing which I did.
I have not scammed anyone and all of my business on sythe has been legit, I have tried contacting sleepybeast via skype but I think his skype is no longer in use, I'm requesting a pardon because I feel I haven't done anything wrong apart from a few careless purchases but nothing that would endanger my reputation.
Why has it taken me this long to request a pardon?, well to be honest i'm currently in the middle of my bachelors degree in accounting and finance and just haven't had the time to get online and trade on Runescape let alone my personal bitcoin trading also just wanted the dust to settle.
I'm asking for a chance to get back and redeem myself and prove to the community that i'm a legit member and provide legitimate trading on sythe, if you can find it within yourselves to give me another chance I can assure you I am not a scammer.
I am asking for a pardon as I feel an apology is in order as I didn't post on my thread that it was a account resale but I also never stated I was the first owner of the account. I've been here and done alot of legit business and would like to think I am a plus to the sythe community not to be big headed, but I would like to return.
None of the accounts linked to me that was posted on the previous thread.

I am active, but busy. Had this tab open, but didn't have the time to deal with it yet.

 

Please tell me that this is going to be looked at, legit over 1 week still no reply on your part, would appreciate some sort of indication to whats keeping you so busy for this whole week to where you can't respond or give me notice of whats going on.

 

I do not understand why it has taken over 2 weeks for a reply back from you please, I won't have much longer to keep checking this appeal as I will be heading back to uni very soon.

I will first off by stating that just because my ip matches someones it don't make me them, alot of the blackmarket people use VPNs and hotspotshield, my ip also matches Divicas workers does that make me them aswell?

As I had stated the trade was conducted through skype, which was hacked prior to my ban, but this also left me in a predicament as the all evidence was lost via skype, you can check with the guy who owns the account now, I am sure its fine, I have not touched it and all info to it has been deleted off my computer.

I have done nothing wrong to my knowledge, and always provided legitimate services on sythe, I have no hacked anybody I have not scammed anybody, I have only provided legitimate business on sythe. If I was really this so called scammer I wouldn't be here right now trying to appeal my sythe, I wouldn't of donated? I came here for legit business and so as far as I can see I have done that.

Please don't take a legitimate member out of the sythe community as I enjoyed logging in and participating in talks on the forums, as shown by my high post count to period of time on sythe.

That is all I can really say to defend myself I apologise for any negligence caused by my careless actions.
