    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : He has DragonballZ related Profile Pictures, His IP hashes matched, he tried to swap his IP on his Starchucks account.
    He is trying to sell his account for 25m with these kind of stats to get greedy buyers to buy it so he can recover it.
