    Heeatz didn't know he was actually hacked as his brother (the proper owner) was active at the same time. After realizing he was, he retracted his accusation of a false ban and asked for a mod's help in recovering the account which I assume is why it is no longer banned, i'm guessing they just didn't delete the hackers' posts prior to un-banning him. I know for a fact I saw he was banned so i'm assuming it wasn't un-banned before they were sure the hacker no longer had access.
