RSGoldstock.com and Runescapegoldmarkt.com appear to be owned by the same person RSgoldmarkt (Kaii). Now I do not doubt KingL1993 has some sort of ownership share in RSGoldstock.com but it is clearly a very low percentage and Kaii owns most of the site. Now for the proof:

Now this is clearly circumstantial, but it is suspicious that someone that owns a gold site would be wanting to sell off a top ranking spot on the google search engine. Not only does this benefit his competition, but he is also losing out on gaining potential users for his site. This doesn't seem worth it to do unless he only owned a very small share in RSGoldstock.

Closing words:

KingL19993 most likely owns a small percentage stake in RSGoldstock and RSgoldmarkt(Kaii) owns the rest. This would normally be fine, but they are using this to get around the 8 hour bump rule. Both sites use the same livechat/workers/and hold the same gold stock. If doing something like this was allowed, other big gold shops like arcus and bogla could simply buy multiple domains, copy and paste over the code, hook up the same zopim live chat to each site, give their friend a 1% ownership stake in the site and tell them to create a sythe account and run an auto bumper. This is clearly market manipulation and should not be allowed.

- He's posted on my live chat hiring thread saying his site was "fully outsourced" which sounds more like he doesn't do anything on it because Kaii runs everything.

- His RSGoldStock thread has 0 vouches on it because I assume Kaii redirects vouches to be placed on his thread, bumping that one instead.

DDIS lease the sites to us hence the same host.

As for live chat, we outsource the same agents therefore use the same zopim client. I have a zopim account, and Kaii has his.

As for bumps I asked Kaii to contact his bumping service, therefore the person who set up the bump account will have simply made a typo. I have recently purchase flameceptions bumper client so I can replace the bump account if it helps you sleep at night.

Now you can stop being a jealous competitor (and ihatequesting can get lost too).

I don't want anything to do with you now, and I have never done anything to you, but your false accusations have terminated you from any business opportunities with me in the future.

As for the rank one site, I lease it as I do not need addition traffic. I have grown RSGoldStock faster in under a year than most people would and I gain most of my traffic from advertisement sources. Sythe,pbot etc only account to 2% of my buyers, and SEO is overrated due to the immense competition in the UK/USA versions of google.

I also run several other businesses, including an ebay business and amazon dropshipping business which makes double monthly than I make from RSGoldStock, so leachign extra traffic isn't my main concern anymore. RS is a slowly dying market and many site owners are already getting involved in other markets and/or building side businesses as a "plan B".

Also as for me "having a small stake in rsgoldstock" that is a ridiculous claim. I am notorious on powerbot (sorry if I'm not supposed to mention it) for buying stickies, renting sigs, $200 sponsor rank and even hosting community giveaways all as mareting tactics for my site.

I am sure an admin would confirm that it was me indeed who funded these. It also wouldn't make sense for me to spend thousands in total for ads if I didn't own my site.

It is true I used the word "fully" but in actually I still do 15+ hours a week of direct communication with customers. I do outsource people for absolutely everything, as I do in many businesses (maybe you've learned something from me there, goodluck with it).

I outsource people from China, korea and pakistan. NOT europe or america as it simply costs 5-10x as much. I also went on a trip to China in late march, I am learning the language, which I can provide full proof of (although it's not really necessary).

I am a serial entrepreneur, not a small time hustler like most people are here. Sorry if that sounds cocky, but Runescape is just ONE way I make money.

Serial entrepreneurs delve in multiple projects at the same time, and constantly try new things. It makes perfect sense for me to outsource work and pay that little extra to give me more hours in a day so I can focus on other projects.

 

As for what Kaii said on chat. I'm going to be first to admit publically that we ALL lie. ALL site owners lie to peopel begging for work. It just makes the whole process easier and they don't beg 20 times a day.

Also Kaii probably didn't realise it was my website the buyer was on. Remember, we outsource the same live chat operators therefore use the same widget. This is for support only and obviously has no tie to the ownership of the website.

Kaii will have assumed it was a question he gets 40 times a day. It's hard for Kaii to say he is the owner of runescapegoldmarkt as in reality DDIS lease him the site, therefore he cannot edit any of the site's coding without requesting them. Therefore if a customer is expecting "the owner" to fix a technical issue, Kaii is going to respond "kinda" as it looks bad if he says yes and then cannot help the customer with a petty technical issue, such as a page not loading properly in internet explorer.

Hi I'm Jacky, i do live chat support for both rsgoldstock and runescapegoldmarkt and I can confirm they are not owned by one person. Liam (king) owns rsgoldstock, and kaii owns runescapegoldmarkt. It is true we have the same live chat but my job is simply live chat order support for customers, I do not bump topics or have a forum topic of my own as that would be market manipulation. Kaii has his topics, liam has his. Liam has asked me a lot about china and it is true he plans to emigrate there in the next few years if possible. Liam is very truthful and all information he has provided he is valid, he does outsource lots of things for his businesses, he outsources his support to me and about 7 other agents and we do what he pays us to do, and we do what kaii pays us to do. That does not make the site/s joint owned in any way.

 

The replies on this thread have gotten a bit off topic. What I am claiming is that Kaii gets a percentage of the profit from your site, but you do not get a percentage of profit from his. The reason I believe he gets a part of the profit from RSGoldstock, is because as you admit, you outsourced the livechat work to him and his team. I also assume that he is using his own gold stock to fill orders for your site, and that the sites do not have separate stocks.

This means that traffic gained from bumping your thread results in Kaii getting extra sales/profit which should not be allowed since a person is only allowed to profit from one thread. (The same rule applies to why workers of gold sites are not allowed to create their own personal threads. They are already profiting from doing sales for the gold site they work for.) You could claim that you are paying Kaii hourly to man the livechat on your site, but that seems highly unlikely considering he is the owner of multiple sites himself and generates a decent income stream from that. Surely someone from "China, korea and pakistan" would be a lot cheaper to hire. The more likely reason he would be answering chats on your site is because he gets a percentage of the profit from the site (RSGoldstock).

This is correct. I work for Kaii (RSGoldmarkt), and KingL1993 through indirect means (same agents) and can confirm that these sites aren't owned by the same person. Prices listed on both websites are different, KingL1993 regularly has visitors seeking various things outside of RS gold selling/buying (CS:GO/Buying of RS Accounts) which conflicts with RSGoldmarkt's precedent of strictly sticking within the RS Gold market. Neither party works for the other, this is more along the lines of a jointed venture, which hasn't been discussed thoroughly to my knowledge in regard to dos and don'ts.

This most likely will be put on hold for discussion.

Yes Runescapegoldmarkt.com and Rsgoldstock.com do have the same live chat. Both sites are hosted by DDIS which explains the thing Cas_M mentioned. What me and Liam have is basically the same as Arcus and Busta had back in the time. It's pretty much just outsourcing my live chat team which isn't against the rules. Having 2 sites and having them bumped for 100% of the profit is however (which is not the case here). If u think i was being serious when i told you i was the owner of Rsgoldstock then i guess i was partially right and partially just having a troll with u (hence i said "no u can't work here"). Yes the site is owned by Liam but the live chat team working on it is owned by me. Also like to add that, no the vouches from rsgoldstock.com are not placed on my threads because most of the times we don't bother asking for vouches for rsgoldstock because traffic coming from sythe isn't that big to begin with.

 

So we have now established that Kaii runs the operations for RSGoldStock. This is obviously quite a valuable service to King, which I why I assumed that Kaii got to keep the majority of profits generated from the RSGoldStock site. None of us know the exact agreement between them, but I believe it is most likely that Kaii is compensated with a percent of profits, and not a monthly fee. If that is the case, I believe he should only be allowed to have one thread per section, otherwise this could obviously be abused. If I remember correctly some Chinese sites had threads shut down because they were sharing the same live chat.



I also gathered a bit more evidence against KingL1993. Here he is saying that his site has done $200k in rsgp trades, but the overall company he is apart of which has multiple sites, has done $3m. The only possible person he could be referring to in this post is Kaii, unless he was trying to claim he was apart of DDIS which is not really relevant.

 

I have no idea why you're on such a witch hunt here. But ok i'll play ball. No, the Chinese their threads got taken down because they were just one site with multiple domains, linked to the same live chat with the same owner taking 100% of the profits. So i really don't see a similarity here. If you're gonna try to state facts, then atleast do your homework on them. No one indeed knows the deal me and Liam have involving around rsgoldstock and no one needs to know. All u need to know is that yes (obviously) for the work i provide (managing the team that does the live chat for his site) i get a % cut (i'm not gonna do it for free obviously?). Does that mean that it is my site? No... Does that mean that i'm in charge of Rsgoldstock and take full responsibility and make 100% of the profit? No ... So if both of the answers are no, then what is the problem? What Liam means in the post is that he also does work on my live chat for Runescapegoldmarkt.com so yes he is also a part of the live chat team that does trades for my sites (and his site). Where he indeed traded over 200k dollar so far in the timespan that he has been working for me. So unless u have anything else that is unsolved or unanswered can we mature up?

 

Okay so you have now stated that KingL1993 is a worker for your company, but he also has his own website that is advertised on sythe, but again the livechat is operated by your company. As you can see this is very questionable and can easily be abused. Should Bogla be allowed to have all of his workers open up sites and create sythe threads for them, and then outsource the livechat work back to the Bogla company?

 

No because you're overexaggerating. Not ALL my workers have a site, just Liam. And sure, if the bogla workers want to invest as much research time and dedication as Liam did for his site, then by all means why wouldn't they be allowed to? Just because they want to earn more money by actually still working for bogla, that's somehow not allowed? Like i said before, if i would rake in 100% of the profit then sure i'm in the wrong. Sadly for you, i don't.

 

Okay, so ultimately Kaii has admitted to what I am accusing him of. He is the full owner of runescapegoldmarkt.com and he is a partial owner of rsgoldstock.com (He receives a % of the profit from it and manages the live chat team for it). Both sites have threads advertising on sythe. So it is up to the sythe mods if this is allowed or not. Keep in mind KingL1993 is also a worker in Kaii's company as stated in a previous post.

 

If King is working in Kaii's company, then he's not allowed to have his own sythe theads.

 

In that case I resign from rsgoldmarkt right now and will continue to run my site with the live chat team we use.

Edit: if that is the option I have to take to continue advertising MY site, which i 100% own here.

Pretty much even if you just serve livechat and don't proceed orders at all, you can't have thread for your own or someone's business on Sythe.
