Hello, this is my second time appealing. The first time I could not figure out how to reply to the thread so I could not respond to any of the staff's questions. This time I'll include a small FAQ to cover their previous questions from over 6 months again.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: None were sold on Sythe, all customers were from another forum and deals only dealt through PM(thread design has no skype contact).
Confession: No other violations.
Details: I had a service in 2012 where I distributed illegally obtained RDPs/servers in exchange for money. This was over 4 years and I was much younger and more desperate for cash. That's obviously no excuse, but since then I have reformed. I was banned around January 2015, over 3 years after I offered that service, and I already have moved onto non-blackhat ventures. I have deeply regretted what I have done in that stage of my life. It was extremely irresponsible and reckless of me to distribute those products across many forums. I have long since been caught and I ensure you that I have been fairly reprimanded by events that have transpired due to that irresponsibility and recklessness. I want to move on however, I want to be part of Sythe's market and provide an honest service to the community.

Providing a dishonest, blackhat service is detrimental to consumers. I deeply regret to the danger I posed to consumers in the marketplace, and I want to atone by offering an honest, quality service in the place of that one.

FAQs(I don't remember the questions exactly, but I'll try my best to cover a variety of questions):

Q: How can you suddenly have changed in such a short time span?
A: It's been over 4.5 years now, I have had a lot of time to change my ways.

Q: Are you only sorry because you got caught?
A: Certainly not, I stopped the service within months and I quickly got into graphics instead. I have not posted any more blackhat services on Sythe or any other forum since then.

Q: Why did you not respond to any questions in your last appeal?
A: I could not figure out how(still am not sure).

Q: Have you refunded anyone for the service?
A: I did not deal with anyone on sythe, but I have refunded some repeat customers off of other forums with the money made from selling my art.

 

First time I've ever seen an FAQ in a pardon. So I have no clue what an RDP is or how Overwatch has to factor in; going to do some research before I vote

OverwatchRDP is just a dumb name my partner and I decided to call it. Nothing to do with overwatch, sorry for the confusion.

RDPs are basically windows servers. They're legal normally, but on most forums cheaper RDPs(1-5$) are obtained illegally. The gist of the business is selling these cheaper windows servers for people who did not want/could not afford a legitimate one.

Thank you for linking the previous thread, I didn't know where it went. To respond to Apith, I can link some accounts of mine if still interested. To repsond to both Ardy and JackGoff, my reform has been over a course of multiple years now; it just happened to be that I was only banned 6 months ago.

 

Was wondering how I could ask moderators to view it, is there a way to email staff? I'm trying to avoid waiting another 6 months if possible.
