Has anyone caught any rare pokemon yet?

I'm talking like laprus and whatnot

 

Not too sure what "rare" is considered tbh. Some unusual or uncommon ones I've caught are Magmar, Scyther, Seel, Jigglypuff, Tangela, Gastly, Meowth, and Slowbro. I call these unusual since they're pretty uncommon around here and I've only seen 1 or 2 of each of these. Hatched the Magmar actually and haven't encountered another one since.

 

i've seen on reddit ninetales, dragonairs, and magmars.

don't think you'll find any legendaries though, doesnt sound like pokemon would do that unless its in such an area

 

Still no rare's

 

i came across an Omanyte or whatever figurin that's gotta be pretty rare. Didn't catch it tho it got away :'(

 

I've caught a Magmar and a Hypno!

 

Closest thing I've gotten to a "rare" is a dratini. Gonna be impossible to evolve tho lol

 

From what I've read on reddit the legendary pokemon will only be available during events. Would be quite cool though, to see 100s of people gather just catch a Mewtwo

 

Sorry should have specified. Didn't mean like a legendary pokemon, just one that not too many people have seen. Magmar and Scyther definitely count on that list to me, lucky

 

Playing at a college campus, I've already seen like every pokemon. Nothing is rare when you've got pokenerds running after them. We've found a Dratini spawn and now there are many dragonknites around

u my friend got lied to there isnt even any mewtwos in game or ditos...

 

People go ham around campus here until 3-4 am every night. Despite it being so large we don't really have a lot of different types of pokemon spawns, but the pokestops every 50-100 feet help make up for it lol.

 

Been to 4 campuses since release, every one of them has a bunch of pokestops haha. Makes it so nice to just chill of campus and catch some pokemon

Hatched a Lapras from 10km egg.

 

I know I'm still jealous of that =( Just got my first 10km egg and it's 2/10 now, so hopefully I get something good from it.

 

gl dude, I have hatched 2 5km eggs, got a doduo from one which I thought was pretty decent, then got a paras which pissed me off. My 10km egg is at 7/10 km and will be crossing my fingers I don't get an eevee (confirmed to be in the 10km eggs )': )

 

There was a pidgeotto near by me. Unfortunately the sibling felt like raping the phone and the game tends to crash and doesn't like to reload unless I'm near my house.

Don't Pokémon Go with idiots. I will catch that Pidgeotto tho.
