Re: Oakdice stolen property.

In addition to: Reporting OAKDICE for continuing to use stolen property.
Currently live streaming on his Youtube channel. Commented regarding the calculator as I had seen this report, but not before I took this gyazo. He instantly removed the calculator and switched to a notepad. Thought I'd make this report.

I'm not associated with this situation, but I want to point something out:

Oakdice clearly is blaming his "clan owner" for the scam(this is what it is, the owner of the fc has clearly been lying, stealing, & using the calculator and telling all his ranks to aswell).

Since oakdice took that path instead of taking the bullet himself I think its worth mentioning & bringing up the fact scamming clans are not allowed on sythe- which is what using STOLEN INVALID PROPERTY FROM UR COMPETITION IS.


Another similar case: K0 & the ddyce case, ddyce was removed from sythe due to the owner scamming, there is a very solid precedence.


I think that the report below me will get him banned, but this way none of his crony's can advertise his fc's.

Oakdice cant have it both ways, if it's the owner of the clan's fault(which we all know is an out for oakdice), then sythe staff cant punish Oakdice(even though he just got caught using it after the warnings), but they CAN punish the clan, if the owner is scamming, the clan shouldnt be able to advertise.

I ran this by a staff before posting, I think considering the Ddyce precedence this is also valid to get a ruling on.

Are you kidding me? that gyazo you showed was a total lie, i did not have the calculator on todays stream, you think i would be that stupid?

proof i started the stream with a notepad and not theirs. he just lied to try and get me banned, which is why hes reporting me on a throwaway account surely something needs to be done about that?...

Also the fact that the calculator he showed in the gyazo is from his client which is mac.. im using windows look at this screen shot from an earlier time i used the calc they look totally different : Gyazo - 3fd260db1ef28820fe67dcb77f428438.png

Not to mention the size and scale on his does not match the scale from a few days ago when i was using it. He just falsely presented you fabricated proof to get me banned lol, thats just ridiculous.

They are trying so hard to target me off this site for this incident, when im not a threat at all this is just so sad.

Oak has sent me a private video of his stream, and it seems like the OP of this was lying trying to get Oak banned.
With that being said, Oak hasn't used the software after we warned him not to use it anymore and will therefore not be punished.

@Oakdice This is a final warning that neither you or any of your clan members are allowed Soul's calculator.
