As the user stated he has 3 accounts, if he got banned on any of them they all would get banned. Thats how steam mobile auth works now, right?

I've boosted him before and never had an issue, along with many others.

 

I don't know if you're talking about Steam's Mobile Authenticator or Prime Matchmaking Beta, but all 3 accounts could have/use different authenticators and phone numbers.

I'm simply trying to discover the reason for his account being banned so we know whether restitution is necessary.

Is there any way to get an explanation from Valve as to why the Overwatch/Game ban was placed?

 

I believe if they contact support, but he said he did already. Just need to wait on the reply I guess.

 

Do you have recordings of you playing that would also help? Its def a cheating infraction just need to find out exactly why overwatch was necessary and a time and date that it started
