Lukas/Buyacv continued

I realise that the last thread was closed due to insufficient evidence by both parties.



I can provide further screenshots if required. If this was the case the first time Lukas was one my account why didn't it happen the second time.

Buyacc xferred the items onto his own acc while he let Lukas (whom i did not give permission for access to my account) the first time he quested on my account. How can someones trust jump so rapidly overnight?

 

Because I made a 20m deposit which gives me no reason to scam your account. And from the looks of your bank when I used it, your bank was certainly not valued at 27m.

 

Buyacc has confirmed by bank was at 27m. Os buddy priced bank at over 23m, not including blowpipe contents and other incorrectly priced items.

 

Even if I did scam your account, which I didn't, why would I waste 2 days of questing on your account (which took around 10 hrs) to scam ~23m when I can in fact lose my deposit and my 10m pay?

 

In the previous thread Buyacc posted a picture of the bank when he was on it which shows 22.9m bank + whip in inventory.

 

Thats not for me to answer. By the looks of the previous thread youve achieved exactly what you have wanted to.

 

That's a good point but that can be reversed. Say you just transferred your items and just wanted free questing done. Trust me when I say I never wanted this to happen. I wanted to build a long term working relationship with BuyAcc. Never did I see such a problem coming up on my first quest order completed. I did what I was told and logged off. The only items I used on your account was the 200k which I was told that I can use for the quests.

 

Currently on my mobile phone. I did take Greatdan his items off of the account in the beginning. Not long after my debt to Lukas increased to over 27M (the bank value). At this point there was no reason for me to think Lukas would scam as the amount I owed him has now gotten bigger than the bank value, which means that if he decided to scam after that point he would lose money.

 

But clearly there is no point of even having "insurance" for a worker if something like this happens, correct?

 

I know I look suspicious when I say this but I don't care no more. I'll just finish off by saying I did not scam anything. But just to get this behind me I'm willing to pay some of my pay to greatdan, just to be over it. I don't want to ruin BuyAcc reputation for his questing shop.

 

This didn't have to happen, and wouldn't have had my accounts details only been in the hands of an svu. I must go to sleep now, i will be back tomorrow to follow up..

 

Tbh anyone I do quests for could falsely claim their items were stolen, even if only I work on the account. One could claim that a recording or a screenshot from the bank was made before the scam occured. The deposit Lukas made pretty much = 25$, so appart from the SVU he is about as trustworthy as I am (except vouches maybe).

There is no conclusive evidence that either one of you stole the GP, unless you can get us solid evidence there is not much we can do.

 

What kind of solid evidence can I provide?

 

Anything that actually PROVES who took the GP from the account, right now it's all assumptions and finger-pointing at each other.

 

Just a last response. Thought about it a bit.

Note that this is all speculations:

Lukas was done with the service at 0:24AM. At the time of me logging in (2AM) the items were still on the account. Please note that I did not notify Lukas that I logged in on the account of Greatdan to check the bank and give back the 1.7M.
Why wouldnt Lukas take the items immediatly after he was done if his aim was to scam? He did all quests, logged off and didnt scam the coming 1:30hours. Seems unlikely to me that he would randomly log-on later on and take the items when he could have earlier, even before finishing all quests.

About me being possibly the scammer. I was trusted with a total of 50M in the afternoon (had 2 quest order going, 1 from Greatdan with a bank of 27M and another customer with a bank of 23M). Later that day I was trusted with 67M as I lost 40M to G3722 dicing. Both G3722 was paid out and the items on the account of the other customer are still there.

About Greatdan possibly faking it. Remember how I said to Greatdan that I had a new worker that I didnt fully trust yet and thus took some items off of his account to ensure his safety (Greatdan posted a screen about it)? Greatdan was allowed to log-in on the account as we life in total different time zones so he could have seen that the items were placed back, after Lukas had increased his debt. I dont think it is farfetched that someone could think "wait a minute, a not very trustworthy worker is working on my account and my items have been placed back on the account. Let's take the items and blame it on the not-so-trustworthy worker".

Just my point of view.

 

@Buyacc Sometimes people will scam because they know they will get away with it, it doesn't matter how much they've been trusted with "in public" if they think they can get away with scamming.

This is going nowhere and my decision from the previous thread stands, closing this due to no conclusive evidence of the scam.
