How do you get the mini ranks? Are they manually given to people or is it when you do something and its automated. Like when I do 2 step verification, auto or someone will assign it to me.

 

'Participant' ones and 2factor are added automaticly by system for posting X times per week, depends on section. 2 factor is given for enabling two-factor security for Sythe account

Rest are either won through events/earned/purchased from someone else in the "Sand Box" section or earned through a PrizeBox
