League of Legends section scam [user: ctrain]

Ordered a duo queue from this user yesterday and he tried to boost two people at once in the same match and lost it causing me to drop a division from Silver1 0LP to Silver2 75LP. Booster is aware of payment method, duo queue only mode and payment is only after each division boosted.
According to forum rules 4th point, booster has to regain original standing or compensate the customer in an event of ranked games being lost resulting in losing LP or dropping ranks.
Booster refuses and told me that "there isn't anything to compensate when I haven't paid anything". And even after showing him what the rules stated.
After asking booster an hour ago again today for the third time if he was willing to compensate. He said he will only do it solo queue and wants to log my account which is not what was agreed on for duo queue mode only. This booster refused to do so after being asked multiple times on skype.

Due to the MMR loss, @ctrain will need to compensate @UGround with 1 net win which UGround won't have to pay for, respond to this thread once ctrain has done so.

 

@UGround ctrain has agreed to compensate the loss, contact him through Skype to get it resolved.
