Recently unbanned - need email reset assistance

I was recently unbanned from Sythe after around a year of being banned. The password on my Sythe account has been reset and I need to make a new one via the usual email link system.

The problem is that the associated email has been locked by Microsoft (It's a Hotmail) and although I have the correct password and email I can't gain access since Microsoft requires a bunch of info that I don't have since the email was created just for use here on Sythe.

Is it possible to get the associated email moved to my current email? I can supply previous password of my Sythe account and show that I have the correct email and password for the hotmail as well.
