Previously filed a report suspecting he was hacked and it was denied, not sure if IP didn't register or he's just from a similar location as the original owner but he's undoubtedly hacked.

Report doesn't show proof of him using that skype but it's clear from the screenshots and the earlier suspicion of him being hacked.

I know a few staff members are familiar with this retard, @video is one of them
