What happends if you donate 5$ when you already donated 55$?

I dont think you can have the rank "55$ donated". So is it either impossible to donate 5$ at that point or will it count but invisible?

Yes. Will not update your rank until you reach $100. But you can see your total amount donated in the User Center by looking at your donation history

Like @PlanBUK said there are no custom donor ranks for this but everything you've donated will add up. Once it makes $100 you'll get the $100 donor rank.

 

Not to sure on this ~ I've seen someone with a $420 donation it may just be the occasional accept ion who's allowed to have a custom donation rank. Or it could be to do with $300 donor you're allowed to have a custom mini rank that donation amount may fall into this as well, not sure either way.

 

If you're $55 donator and you donate $5 more, you're just $60 donator, however

There are no donation ranks between $50 and $100
Only above $300 donation users can request custom donation rank. Donation amount is automaticly put above three icons.
