    Yours would have to be one of them, it's green and has effects.. I had an awesome UI made and it was almost auto denied, I think it depends on who the admin is at the time approving them.

    I guess you'll just have to contact @THERSG0D and ask if he knows the solution if you still are going to use the one i made and it still blurs out.
